QUICK Bistro

QUICK is a brand that has been associated with Brno since 1967. The first self-service bistro in what was then Czechoslovakia then opened under the same name in the Slovan Hotel.

Operators respect the character of the functionalist building opposite the main railway station; it brings the QUICK phenomenon back to life.

They preserved the characteristic original ceiling and remained true to the clean, elegant style.
