Complete redesign of food court, all atypical elements, flowers and advertising protrusions, standardized elements from the manufacturers EMU and Pedrali.

Social and business center BREDA & WEINSTEIN grew from the floor plan of a former burgher brewery in the heart of the city. The historical character of the exterior facades has been preserved, as well as the brewery chimney, which forms an unusual architectural dominant central feature.

The buildings of the old and new malt-house, brewery and cellar (the part of the brewery where the beer is fermented) have undergone a thorough reconstruction. The space of the upper and lower brewery yard is newly built, where one underground and four above-ground floors are built.
