Complete redesign of the foodcourt, all atypical elements, floristry and promotional displays, standardized elements from EMU and Pedrali.

The BREDA & WEINSTEIN social and business centre was built on the site of a former bourgeois brewery in the heart of the city. The historic character of the exterior facades has been preserved, as well as the brewery chimney, which forms an unusual architectural landmark of the centre;

The old and new malt house, the brewhouse and the taproom (the part of the brewery where beer fermentation takes place) have been thoroughly renovated. The upper and lower brewery courtyard area has been newly built, where one underground and four above-ground floors have been constructed.
